THE PROCESS​

Prior to starting any work, we will always visit the site to carry out a full inspection. This is vital to check the condition and construction of the area/items that need cleaning. Based on the findings from our inspection, we select the most appropriate system and method of cleaning. At this inspection we fully explain the cleaning process and the expected results we intend to see, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect.

Carpet Cleaning
We use state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly solutions to remove deep-seated dirt and allergens, leaving your carpets looking and feeling fresh. We will always pick the method of cleaning that best suits your carpets needs. Drying the carpet is a vital component, we use state of the art air movers to aid this. The most popular method is hot water extraction where we start with a high powered vacuum. A pre spray is applied and agitated into the carpet fibres. This is followed up by an extraction clean. The pile is reset and the carpet is dried. We offer several low moisture cleaning methods primarily involving dry compounding cleaning, encapsulation and foam shampoo. These methods are ideal for sensitive fabrics, high-traffic areas requiring quick drying times, or maintenance cleaning.

Upholstery Cleaning
We use gentle yet effective techniques to remove stains and grime, ensuring your upholstery looks as good as new. It is important to select the correct method to ensure the fibres stay in the best possible condition. We ensure this is done to the best possible standards. We provide several upholstery cleaning methods and products, which generally involve a multi-step process of pre-testing, pre-spraying, agitation, and extraction. The specific method and chemical depend on the fabric type and soil level. Other methods include low moisture and dry solvent cleaning.

We tackle everything from wine spills to pet accidents, ensuring your carpets and upholstery stay spotless. We have an extensive range of spotters that cater for the majority of stains. Unfortunately some stains are irreversible and cannot be removed. This will always be discussed at the inspection stage to ensure we can meet your expectations.
